HiddenBay Restaurant & Bar, located on the peninsula where green and blue meet, with its experienced chefs, unforgettable flavours and unique cocktails, offers you the relationship between food and drink and culture by transforming it into art with the most modern techniques accompanied by an impressive view of the Aegean Sea. The cellar in the restaurant has a wide selection of wines, from local boutique wines to wines recognised worldwide. Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:30 am to midnight. On Mondays, breakfast is served only to hotel guests, and after breakfast, all food and beverage services remain closed for the rest of the day.
